Budget first, guest list second, $ per person you have will help determine food/location/decoration/prizes. (15yrs professional event planner here).

RSVP goes out min. 4 weeks prior. Most won't RSVP so save time to make calls week prior to event.

u can evn use bottles from the dollar store as party favors. thats wat i did for my bby shower wit my first child

I planned my sisters party and my advice is pick a theme and a few colors and keep it simple people can get carried away sometimes.
