I'm 3 months pp.. I heard some women's hair fall out. Did think t would happen to me but I just got out of the shower and I created a spider with the hair that was clumping out.. Why is it doing this and what can I do to stop it from happening!?! I'm not trying to have bald spots

Omg I've been going through the same thing 😢 I'm almost 5 months pp and it started around 4 months I think...it's so bad I pull our huge chunks in the shower 😲 I thought I was in the clear then outta nowhere it started doing it...I've been bad I'm supposed to take prenatals still while breastfeeding but haven't been for a while now, I think I'm gonna start taking them again, hopefully that helps 😞
There really isn't anything to stop it. But low manipulation may help. And going longer in between styles if you can. Mine is starting to slow down at 4.5 months pp. I hate this process, but it will definitely grow back.
Well my hair has always been thick, it might have been thicker but I just didn't notice.
My sister in law got a bald spot by the side of her forehead so that's why I got scared lol@sev1226
Everyone is different... If your hair got thicker during pregnancy it will last for awhile because it thins back out to your previous hair. It's only really bad for a few weeks then it gets better. It's scary when your hair comes out in clumps but you won't go bald! Your body will regulate itself and the hair loss will slow down and eventually go back to normal

It's because of a drop in hormones now that baby is out. Can't really do anything about it but it's totally normal. It will stop.
I'm going to start taking woman's vitamins.. Maybe it'll help it stop falling out. @aaliyahadelyn
I have no idea honestly 😔 but I want to know too! And yeah my hair is constantly falling out sometimes in big clumps it's driving me insane!!😭

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
