I'm 31 weeks pregnant today and For the passed couple days I've had dizzy spells, headaches, and I've been craving ice. Should I be worried?

Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

I'd tell your doctor as soon as you can. Not to scare you but those are signs of preeclampsia

You could also be anemic, so definitely let your doc know to find out for sure! @kyleeward11
