Rant* Not sure how nighttime and morning feedings and changings are going to work... I'm probably the only one who is going to do them because my husband won't wake-up for anything at night and if I try to wake him up for something he's only half awake and doesn't do what I need him to do and then doesn't even remember me waking him up in the morning. If I try to get him to fully wake up in the middle of the night be gets really pissy and grumpy. Also in the mornings it takes him forever to get out of bed and get ready for work in the morning. This morning he set his alarm for 430am and didn't get out of bed till 615am because he was too glued to his phone like usual... and when I try to get him up and moving he's a complete jerk to me. He was supposed to start work at 7am and he works 40 minutes away so that's not happening. I have no idea how he expects to take care of his son in the middle of the night and in the mornings like this and he never changes.

Mine hates sleeping on the inside so i just said f it ill sleep on the inside
@cumminsbaby_98, oh geez lol. I made sure when we rearranged our bedroom that I would be on the outside but my hubby bitches about it from time to time because he hates scootching down the bed lol
Exactly i sleep on the inside of the bed by the wall so if i need to pee I have to wake him up to move then regret it later
@cumminsbaby_98, omg haha mine says the same thing too, just wake me up for anything even if you just need help getting out of bed to pee (since its really easy for me to pull muscles in my sides right now) and I never ask him because usually if I just did what I needed myself it would get done quicker
Thats exactly how my fiancé is he will say wake me up if you need anything or if you're in alot of pain but when you try to wake him up he won't wake up or get all mad.. I just hope when my baby girl comes his dad instincts will kick in and wake up and help
@cumminsbaby_98, see the thing is he tells me he wants to get up at night and feed the baby and take care of him and change diapers and stuff and he came right out and asked if I'd let him and I'm like well duh your are going to be his dad you kind of have to but I just know how my husband is... he'll say one thing but do another or nothing at all. If he won't even wake up at night when I try to wake him up for something... then how is he going to take care of a baby?
And i sure as hell wont be the only one waking up in the middle of the night to feed her
We are in the same boat with the feeding thats for sure. And he already told me that he's not changing a poopy diaper
