I've had all vaginal deliveries

Have you ever had a c-section? The recovery is horrendous compared to vaginal delivery. I would never (personally) opt for major abdominal surgery. It's not just a snip and a cut and "Here's baby!" It's major surgery. You can get your tubes tied laparoscopically after delivery and avoid being sliced open. It's not a fun thing. And recovery HURTS. I've had 2 sections and 1 vaginal birth. I would absolutely never CHOOSE a section.

If you're getting fixed, c-section would be best. That way they can fix you while they are in there.
