I am 28 weeks 4 days went to the hospital saturday due to contractions thats wasnt stopping they checked me an im ready dilated 1cm but said i was still a little thick should I be concerned or is everything ok??

you should be fine... hydrate and relax keep your stress levels low and don't over exhort yourself..

thats wat the dr said but im so afraid of dialating more cuz i dont want my baby boy to come early

you should be fine. u don't want to dilate to soon. but u can stay at 1cm for weeks. take it easy.
