Want to know what mommies think about me starting to potty train my 8 month old soon. She always sees her 2 year old cousin on it and seems so interested. When he's on it she jets over. She's used it a few times already. is it too early? She can sit on it herself and stay there. I let her sit for no more than 10 minutes.
How do you discipline an 11 month old? Shes been so bad lately and if you tell her no she doesn't listen.
Her helmet she got so she can be safe (as she told me) when she rides her bike and scooter lol
I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
Baby won't bear weight on leg I have a walking 10 month old and she has been extra fussy yesterday and today. Today I noticed she didn't really want to crawl, she would just cry until I came and picked her up. After I fed her, I tried setting her down to play with her big sister and she just started crying and wouldn't put any weight on her left leg. She will put weight down on her right leg but then just cries until you pick her back up. I thought maybe she just didn't want to be put down (as baby's often do). I tried a few more times over the next 30 minutes and she still won't put any weight on it. I had a meeting (I work from home), so I took her upstairs to my husband. She is now playing with her siblings and happy, but he text me (from upstairs) and says she still won't put weight on it. She is just sitting there playing.

Me & one of my sisters was fully potty trained by 1yr old so I don't think so of its somthing she interested in & wanting to learn

With is we seen older siblings doing it so we wanted big girl panties. Everytime the older sister would go mom would ask me or my sister (whoever the baby was) & put us in the potty before long we was potty trained by our first birthday. The rest of the siblings got a treat (candy, little toy. We had a treasure box) everytime they went potty it took them longer.

How long would she sit you there? And would she take you off of you didn't use it? When did she start? I wanna start now but we only have one potty. But he also knows how to use a toilet

Just a few mins whenever we was ready to get off of it. Yes she took us off if we didn't since it was still early to potty train she didn't in force it yet. I understand some baby's get it sooner best of luck. Just remember it is soon you can by him some under wear & see if that helps on days you can just sit home watch him just in case of a accident. It's ok I'm willing to answer any of them if I don't remember how we did it with my lil sister then I can ask my mom

I'm so sorry. Yes they do. They even have ones for potty training it has a plastic cover on them so if they pee in them it don't wet their cloths or the floor.

@mel0011, you think it's a way I could incorporate her diapers instead of buying panties right now? She has some that pull up so I could just use those at times

Yea you can. Just ask if she needs to go & if she does say yay or whatever let her know she's doing good & your proud of her that's the main thing. My mom didn't buy panties intill we seemed interested & was catching on to it.

The receiving blankets work a lot better for me than the cloth diapers do. The diapers would leak in an hour. But everyone is different. I haven't found the perfect option for us yet but we're still trying
