have you tried a chart? I googled one after my period and then had sex every day on the week it said to do it. it worked! ! I've also heard eating certain foods.

Yes I have an app with a chart on it. I have an incompetent cervix tho so that's probably also giving me problems. I had my son at 35 weeks & he couldn't keep his temp or breathe on his own although I had 4 steroid shots & I was in the hospital for two months before I had him. I read somewhere that it also makes it harder to get pregnant 😕
