haven't given birth yet, not a c section.I did have placenta previa. it's still pretty early for you, so there's a good chance it could move for you! I got news yesterday mine moved up(i have an anterior placenta) so there's no more placenta previa. but with placenta previa you have to have a c section if it's a full one. your placenta covers the cervix so baby wouldn't be able to pass through your birth canal bc that placenta is in the way. but hopefully as you progress, that placenta moves so a c section isn't needed! my boyfriend was a placenta previa baby. so she bled a lot in her pregnancy with him. but was just fine. he came out healthy as can be. that was 23 years ago but.. you know. I wanna try and keep you as positive on all this as you can be! @callumsmommy

er doctors don't know crap. they BS around half the time. you stil have plenty of time for it to move up. some mommies and their placentas move up the last 10 Weeks of pregnancy and end up able to have a natural birth. as baby gets bigger the placenta will move. just keep calm and keep taking care of all and everything should turn out fine :) my placenta was covering over half my cervix. my ultrasound yesterday was to check on it and when my ob told me it has completely moved, I cried. bc I was so worried of a c section. I'd never down it. but I know it's more of a risk than natural birth to MOM. ya know? don't pay your er doctor any mind. just keep faith that placenta WILL move! :) @callumsmommy

They told me at 15 weeks I had it with my daughter they rescheduled me for a ultrasound a couple weeks later and it had moved up :) so I was cleared @callumsmommy

@angie7404, @misskaecolletto oh my goodness thank you both <3 I was completely terrified my OBs nurse thinks the doctor is nuts lol and should've never said anything this early but y'all have me hope

@callumsmommy, he really had no business Even telling you that. by 20 weeks is when they should tell you what everything is looking like. at that if there's any concern they'll look at it again at another ultrasound after some time to see if anything has progressed. that doctor should be ashamed of even truly doing that bc it's still so early. that seriously upsets me for you!

I was fine you know thought I had lost him, ultra sound tech had to chase him all over the place bc he doesn't like the pressure and his little heart was beating so fast 176, she told me everything was great and baby was fine, she did tell me my placenta was forming so it was low but she told me that is super normal, then the dang ER doctor pops out with placenta previa I was like hmmmm please no. I was fine until you said that:(@misskaecolletto it was upsetting but i think I trust ultrasound techs more like they're trained to do all that and she was super sweet

they see it first hand most of the time. and sometimes all the time, ya know? my son Hates pressure from ultrasounds too do I understand the chasing around part. lol but mine started out as full placenta previa, then after a few weeks it became a partial marginal placenta previa. which is when it's covering a little over half of the edge of the cervix. then poof. no more. my tech is always informative about what goes on about me. she and I have bonded a lot so she goes out her way for me big time when we do ultrasounds. she even tells me when something looks off. sometimes I notice doctors are worse at speaking than anything else. lol. @callumsmommy

girl yes, I may have to bond with the ultrasound tech, I love the Er one lol the one at my OBs office not so much she presses so hard and she pisses my little one off 😂😂 but the lady at the Er was laughing because she showed me what he was doing little turkey was running from her and i was crying so he made my day lol. in pretty sure judging by yalls stories I won't have any issues:) it's way to early @misskaecolletto

exactly, mama. just enjoy this pregnancy as much as you can while you still can. I swear it goes by do fast. my mind is still blown that I'm 29 weeks in 2 days. it does go by fast. but I have faith everything is gonna be just fine for you. I love checking up on you. you're probably one of my favorites I follow. @callumsmommy
