When did you have intercourse after having a vaginal birth?

Honestly it didn't really hurt that bad for me, I had stitches I had a second degree tear. But like they said use protection, lube, and go slow! Haha @firefly

I had one stitch, just as a precaution. Don't get me wrong, sex was no walk in the park and hurt like a bitch without lube but it was worth it. Just use condoms and take it really slow, once you get going it's fine, but it hurts initially cause of the stitches. And you gotta be careful not to rip them.

4 weeks , and I had a second degree tear . it still hurt .. since I was breastfeeding I kept bleeding on and off . after sex , I bled and started cramping .

I waited the full 6 weeks. barely made it to that haha. it hurt for maybe a minute or two the first few times. just use lots of lube!.

it was hard to not do it but I was really scared so we waited and it didn't hurt but it felt weird the first time we did it after birth @firefly
