My daughter had the same thing when she was just a few days or weeks old. I checked to make sure it wasn't an ingrown hair and just let it be. I put some coconut oil on it and eventually it went away. They are producing a lot of oil from their glands so I think it maybe clogged the pores.

Okay she breaks out a lot on her face the back of her head where she has a bald spot in neck never seen it this bad I wash ha hair with coconut oil I'll put some on her later she just feel asleep

Make sure you don't use too much oil because that can clog the pores too. I would apply it and then wash it out a few hours later or the next morning. I only put a tiny bit on her hair and face. Their skin is so sensitive so I try not to disturb it too much.

Okay see I never keep it in long I I oil her right before I bathed her and wash ha hair twice and her body it helped real well with her dry patches on her back

Take her to the ER my baby had the something that looked like this and I thought it was nothing and it would go away, turned out to be a really bad infection . I know it might not be the same thing but better to be checked out!

It's just there she usually breaks out this the first one that looks like a pimple of some kind
