I EBF my 4 month old but I plan on going back to work. I have tried to get him used to the bottle (pumped breast milk) but he just makes a face and gags when I put it in his mouth. any advice on what I can do or good bottles I've tried the Avent ones.

Como tomo and mimijumi are great for breastfed babes.
try Dr browns or latch. also try the sippy cup (4 months & up), or the medicine syringe to get him use to taking it... try letting someone else give him the bottle. most EBF babies won't take a bottle from mom but may take it from dad or someone else

I had the same problem I used a long neck nipple from the dollar store like the one she's showing you. he takes it with no problems anymore.

Maybe just try different nipples. Some might just feel weird in his mouth or are too big and might be the reason he gags
I use a Tommee Tippee bottle when my daughter is having a hard time latching. Works perfect for us.
