I've been finding myself only getting a few hours of sleep then I'm up all morning and day... I guess it's me being excited and I can't get comfortable. What should I do?
to sleep? warm shower/bath before bed followed by some light stretching. i flexed all my muscles for 5 seconds (in circuits. biceps then full arms, upper body, abs, butt, and so on.) very relaxing. i also took unisom.
