Braxton hicks shouldn't be painful, but more uncomfortable.. they should feel like your tummy tightening and then releasing.. If they are painful try laying on your side to see if that helps relieve it, or even a bath.. Just keep an eye on movements still and as above for a snotty like substance on tissue when you wipe or in your undies that may have a streak of red blood in (your plug).. Xx

They feel like mild period pains...then again so does labour at the beginning I'd have you hospital bag ready just incase and watch out for a bloody brownish show in you knickers Hun..good luck
