Going through this right now....you can take some Tylenol if it's super bad, and also over the counter cough drops or hard candies are okay....honey and lemon water helps soothe, or tea with honey and lemon, also you could gargle warm water with a bit of salt mixed in....hoping you feel better soon!

I usually just eat honey straight or make some herbal tea so soothe the throat
