I'm 31 weeks and I've got light cramping in my lower abdomen, is this okay?? I've had complications with low fluid but i just went to the Dr last Monday and everything is fine. I can also still feel movement.

Okay good. I never had this problem with my son. so i wasn't sure. it's just uncomfortable.

As long as there is no leaking or discharge it's most likely normal aches and pains from growing.

yes. unless it gets to the point it rakes your breath away or you wanna hold your breath while your having one then you should go to labor and delivery...
