Really heavy cramps on and off. No bleeding but I didn't cramp this hard with my first. Is it normal to cramp so hard that it feels just like a period is about to come? They make me have to sit down sometimes.

@ligermama, I started bleeding last night and have been on and off since. With pressure in my abdomen and on and off cramps. 😞

It is normal but unfortunate!   Drink lots and lota of water.   And keep your iron up.   When I am low on iron,  I have cramps and muscle spasms!

Yes its normal , still get cramping at 19 weeks myself !
