It's supposed to be high and hard in early pregnancy, and cramping in the first trimester is normal unless it's accompanied by blood.

yes but I’m also on restrictions for early contractions so idk if my cervix being low is normal or not lol

Cramping with no blood is normal especially in early pregnancy.. this happened with my first pregnancy too. And mines was hard and high in the first trimester too
