Had my first appointment yesterday. Confirmed I am indeed pregnant! 4 weeks 2 days and EDD is 80/21/16. I can still take my Advil pm to help with sleep but need to stop my migraine medication. The things we sacrifice for our children!

congrats! I believe only Tylenol is safe during pregnancy

@babyisa88, I confirmed with my dr that it was ok to take. I want to try more natural stuff as well so I'm researching. I had a brain tumor removed last year and ever since I've had severe insomnia so I can never sleep. Working full time, a 7 yr old and 9 yr old and now expecting I'm exhausted but can't sleep!
