I just have to share how amazing God truly is! My water broke Late Saturday night and after a couple of hours getting prepared, Miles was born via c section on 8-7-16 @ 02:15am. It's taken me awhile to figure if I was going to mention anything to anyone. Still trying to wrap my head around everything. Miles has a heart defect and will need surgery immediately after birth. We will also need to check to see if there is a defect with one of his heart valves but that won't be determined until after birth. I had my glucose testing done last week and just got a call back. My Dr said my test results came in at 201 and they are referring me straight to a specialist and bypassing the 3 hr screening. Has anyone else experienced this? and if so, what were the next steps that you had to take to manage GD?

I'm concerned and shocked as this is my 3rd pregnancy and I've never had any problems in the previous pregnancies.

Went for my anatomy scan on Tuesday. Baby is measuring perfectly for 20 weeks. Weighs 14oz, heart rate was 152 bpm and very active and I'm finally feeling tiny kicks and not just tickles. We are blessed with another boy! That's 3 boys for this mama! Head down and tummy down so we couldn't see the face so we have to go back for another ultrasound. I'm not complaining at all 😊

Made a nice big pot of chicken noodle soup and all I want is a hot dog with all the fixings, bagel bites and a popcicle. I have to be good, so soup it is 😕

Finally heard the baby on the at home Doppler. Music to my ears 🎧💕

Had an appointment today. Got my blood drawn and was able to hear the little ones heart beat. It's getting more real now! 💕
