So at my next appt. they want to discuss induction, I've decided I don't want to do that but to get the process going…

don't be so scared Alot can happen before the induction date....my due date was November 14th and my induction date was November 22ND and my water had ended up breaking on the 21St ..a day before I was supposed to be induced I ended up having him

I just wanna make the best decision for the baby @ms.sadelove, Did you have an easy labor and delivery?

I got a membrane sweep done I had it done on a Tues my water broke Wed night and I had my son early Thur morning

@december_2015, same here I was soooooo afraid and didn't want to be induced and ended up going into labor on my own ....my water broke at 3am and I didn't have him till 9:35pm (18 and a half hours) in labor ....I didn't get the epidural until around 2ish in the afternoon .....I had a very easy labor and delivery he ripped me because he was big (8pounds 1.4oz) and I had to get stitches ..other than that it was easy BEING A FIRST TIME MOM my experience was great and I would do it all over ....and don't listen. to people when they try and tell u what hurts and stuff because that is going to make u more scared/nervous .....the pain is nothing compared to how people make it seem ...I went without an epidural for 7 hours into labor and during them hours it just felt like very strong cramps PERIOD CRAMPS. and that's it ...and the epidural didn't hurt one bit and mines was done in like 3-5 mins it was quick and painless ..enjoy that day though because it will be the best day of ur life

@ms.sadelove, 😊 I think you just changed my mind on the induction, everyone Ive talked to told me horror stories about it😊

@december_2015, Umm it wasn't to bad only thing was my contractions were so strong before I got the epidural and i wasnt on pitocin after that it was mellow I had him 6 hours after my water broke but I can say it's better than being induced I was induced with my first and the contractions were stronger and the pitocin kept dropping my daughter's heartbeat

my water broke before I can get induced ...I went into labor on my own BUTTTTTT they did give me pitocin (induction medicine) to speed up my labor which only makes your contractions stronger and more frequent but by time they gave me that I already had the epidural so I didn't feel shit 😂😂😂 lol but htey ended up turning it off because I had caught a fever and baby heart rate dropped so they gave me Tylenol and everything was fine and went back to normal....everybody body is different..so just because they body reacted a certain way don't mean yours will ....girl I was so scared expecting the worse ..but when it was all happening it was all different and I was thinking to myself why did I listen to people lol you will be okay

@december_2015, but it was easy tho the delivery isn't to hard it's just getting that big ol noggin out lolz but I agree with @ms.sadelove don't let ppl tell you otherwise everyone labors different and can take more pain then others
