so I'm only 16 weeks and I'm having vag cramps and my legs are getting a numb, cold tingly sensation? any one else experienced this this early?

sounds like it could be sciatica. it's common during pregnancy, but annoying and can be painful. I would get it checked out just to see if there is anything they can do for you.
