even when baby does latch good it still hurts till your nipples are used two it took mine about a week or two try Tylenol

@jd268,  he latches perfectly i just have no supply of colostrum or milk so he is just sucking really hard and not getting anything and my nipples are so sore

it really all depends on when your baby gets the hang of latching on good, but I'd say about a week and a half
