with my first know didn't know eaither I was having contractions and I told my husband these feel weird they didn't hurt until my labor progressed we are all different

@jesskay1126, are they off and on? Every time I was checked my doctor told me to expect getting some cramps like that. It's normal. But time then and their intensity. If they are so bad you can't talk through them then it's contractions. Lay down and drink some water, if they don't go away start timing and call your doctor.

well I haven't felt any pain just tummy tightening, then after my cervix exam today for the past 4 hours I've been having pains that feel like rly bad period cramps..

Don't feel dumb! No one is born knowing what contractions feel like. I never knew either until they really started... And I was like okay here's what they feel like.

@jesskay1126, you'll know I promise. If your a first time mom then it's not stupid not to know.. What are you feeling?
