My name is Emani :) I'm in the U.S. Navy stationed at Great Lakes, IL. I'll be transferring to San Diego, CA on the 15th of January.
Just found out I was pregnant about a week ago! Currently 5 weeks and 6 days along.No symptoms other than positive tests, breast tenderness, and fatigue.
I have a daughter who'll be 9 months on Saturday. She keeps me on my toes!!
This pregnancy was definitely unplanned. I was on the Depo-Provera shot when I fell pregnant. I was also on the Nexplanon when I fell pregnant with my daughter last year. I guess you can say birth control doesn't work for me😖

@mom13, I agree . They gave me a dosage of Depo-Provera that was clearly not high enough for me.
I fell pregnant on the Depo shot too. Currently 31 weeks. I already have 4 kids so this was definitely a surprise. I'm getting fixed this time around!
hello congrats and part of the problem is that doctors do not take the time to make sure the birth control each women is taking is the correct and effective one for that women they think that one kind works for everyone and that is not the case
