I've struggled with anxiety and depression for a few years and I thought I had it under control but lately I just feel awful. sometimes when my boyfriend thinks I've gone to class I really just go so he won't worry and the spend the whole time crying in the bathroom until it's time for me to go home I'm use to keeping things to myself so idk how to talk to him about how I'm feeling or anyone else for that matter.
