I'm hope not I'd have a rash for days lol. My skins very sensitive only I could shave it right and with the right razor 😂😂

@momma588, me neither! she said it was in case they needed to do stitches... that shaving down there would decrease infection risk around suture site

@elenasmommy, seriously! I can't imagine razor burn and ingrown hairs down there after delivering

oh okay. well that's understandable.
I much rather shave it myself. I don't know,if I would trust a stranger shaving my whooooha lol. I trust my husband more lol. @levleah

Мама дочки (1 год), беременна (40 нед.)
They shaved me for my csection, only the front bikini area, with an electric razor thing and I didn't have any issues like razor burn

Leah·

@ab, yes! so this is what makes it weirder... she has 1 kid, but she's also a labor and delivery nurse!
Leah·

@ab, that's why I was thinking maybe it was true!

I personally never had that happen to my family, friends or I but maybe she could mean what one of the girls said up more that they shave the top part before c-section other wise I truly have never heard of that!

@ab, I had never heard it either. When she explained that it was to keep suture/stitch site as clean as possible to prevent infection, I thought it made sense... but nearly everyone I've asked has said they've never heard of that
