When you had your first baby, did you deliver early, late or on the exact due date? #firstbaby
@twinpower_94, my baby stopped growing (IUGR)and I had a short cervix so no exercise at all I had to be on bed rest for a while. I had a very high risk pregnancy. But if you have a normal healthy pregnancy Walkingand very pregnancy exercises won’t hurt. I also had Gestational Diabates so I was on a strict diet my whole pregnancy. Just make sure you take your prenatal vitamins and eat right. And relax and enjoy your pregnancy. Good luck with everything. Wish you all the best.
Only about 5% of babies are born on their due date. My son was born at 39+1. My due date was November 30 but I deliver via emergency c-section on November 23rd. My doctor said I was going to be over due but went into labor the next day and delivered 2 days after my appointment
@twinpower_94, none. He was 9lbs and perfectly healthy, aside from a slight case of jaundice (Which had nothing to do with him being a bit early.)
Early. My baby was breech so I had a c section scheduled for 39 weeks but at 38 weeks I went into labor so I had an emergency c section done that day
@twinpower_94 no. I was considered full term. The only thing the ended up doing was giving me steroids to help the lungs develop faster around 36 weeks
@twinpower_94, no and I was in labor for 27 hrs. I was induced and things went verrry slow. Try not to worry. Things may not go as planned. But remember to stand up for yourself. Don’t let them push you into a C section unless it’s medically necessary. (If that’s what you’re worried about )because I was. A Dr did put me on a clock. Told me I had 30 min and then they were taking me for a c section. I told them I did not want that Dr back in my room. And pushed like hell. I look back on it and think I’m proud that I stood up for myself. And it may have been more motivation to push harder. Haha because I had my guy like 5 min later.
@twinpower_94, yes and it wasn’t my plan. But my labor like stalled. I went four hours (after they broke my water) with super intense, painful contractions and only progressed like half a centimeter. Nothing went according to my plan expect not getting a C section.
I had an emergency csection so I did early I was 36 weeks he was born September 6th 2018
@twinpower_94 no I had preeclampsia and high blood pressure was have contractions I had to be life flighted to Portland Oregon hospital
What would you do with $25,000
If you received an extra $25,000. What would you do with it? ?
