Try colace. It has worked for me and it took about a day to work.

I was just like you, I started eating prunes every night like 8-10 (and I hate them) plus I would eat 2 activias yogurt a day and it helped me
get some magnesium! it will take a day or two! but it works wonderful!!!!!!! highly recommend!
