alright other mamas, my prepregnancy weight was 135, I'm now 5 Months PP and 166, what have you guys done to loose the weight I know I'll never be a size 5 juniors again (which were all my jeans) but I'd like to be in a size 6 women's

@godsgift92, definitely gonna work on it baked potatoes are a weakness as well as chocolate cakes, I really don't know why I don't like veggies alot of them don't have much of a flavor but thank you this really helps!

What you can do is just replace the cakes with fruits like watermelon. pineapple and etc.. it's hard because I still crave chocolate and give in from time to time .. it's part of life , you can completely give it up, just eat smaller portions.. also you can eat oatmeal and just put fruits or peanut butter so it can help the craving . eat mostly baked or grilled chicken or fish .. you can eat steak too but replace rice with veggies . try to cut down on mash potatoes. . it's ok to have it but not big portions and not every day . I'm still struggling with dieting but working out hard helps too

thanks @abby_x94 I plan on working out again soon, but how'd you cut back the junk and what'd you replace it with?
@godsgift92 what meals do you suggest? I'm a sucker for jambalaya and never been a big fan of veggies

I did the Special K diet, though not always Special K brand. Just replaced breakfast and lunch with protein shakes and bars and high protein cereals and worked out 30 minutes every day. Lots of water and fruits and veggies for snacks. That dropped the weight, then I just cut back on eating crap and incorporated all the good protein snacks and watched my portions to maintain my weight. I lost 30 lbs and kept it off until I got preggo again.

try to cut down with the junk food . and sugary drinks and alcohol should be cut down

exercise .. and drink mostly water or water with lemon

all I did was exercise seven days a week or a least 3-4 times eat clean no joke food drink lots of water just kept my self active (:
