Here's a question for you ladies:
If you bought a huge freaking Costco box of maxi pads, then got home and realized they're the wrong ones (maxis instead of ultra thins), would you return them? or is that not the most awkward thing ever? Yeeeeesh. 😫

Finally home with my guy! Waiting to nurse again then I get a shower! It will be the highlight of my day. 😁 Yay!

So I'm not one to post tons of pics of my kids, but here's a better one of my baby Sammy! Love him! He's been sleeping all day since he stayed up all night. I forgive him 💙

Came in early morning for my induction. Labor lasted 8.5 hours. Even with pitocin, I was able to deliver without the epidural! Amazed at myself, I'm a total chicken. But it was totally doable. I got an episiotomy to prevent an upwards tear, so I have some stitches to deal with, other than that, I am doing great and baby boy is just perfect. He even latched on and nursed immediately! 😍💙
My family is finally complete!

Induction moved up to tomorrow! I get to meet my little boy a day earlier! Freaking out! Suddenly feel totally unprepared!

Went to Babies R Us for a car seat, accidentally got a bunch of clothes and diapers and Halloween costumes. Too many sales! Spent $272, saved $170! 🙌

Oh hormones! I'm bawling like a baby listening to Simple Man by Lynyrd Skynyrd. I'm gonna have a son! 😭😭😭😍

Hating my doctors right now!!! I know I have to be induced, I get it, but don't threaten me with extra complications and c section risk because I refuse Cytotec! I've done this twice before, no problem, no argument. Screw you and your "medical recommendation"! My body, my birth, my way! Gah!!!

NST went well, so now we just wait for Tuesday ..... 😴. 😌
