okay ladies I need your help, I woke up from a very sharp pain in my lower back that moved to my tummy making it like a dull ach, my lower back hurts so much. should I go to the ER?

No, I asked my mom (I'm a ftm ) and she said she thinks I was having mild contractions. I ended up going back to bed somehow and when I woke up the pain was gone. I just have a sore lower abdomen that hurts like a bitch when I try to walk , my doctor said that's just the baby putting pressure down there and my body getting ready.
