So..I noticed this big protruding knot on my lower back when I got out of the shower. Should I be worried? Has this every happens to any of yall?

It could just be your sciatica nerve causing you pain. Look it up,that's what I thought mine was,I've been struggling with sciatica nerve pain since I was 4 months pregnant,and I didn't think anything of it till I seen what I thought was a knot. @18andpregnant

@18andpregnant, make sure you don't have this on your back if your tail bone is hurting. The baby is pushing on mine and it looks like this.
ice helps swelling but if it's all bone because of the baby then I don't see how it would help...I don't even see how the baby can do that.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I'm sorry! I'm just letting you know. It's probably nothing serious. Your body's just changing. It hurts,and aches in weird places. If you're that worried about it just give your doctor a call in the morning. :)
