I always fill up my hot water bag and its laying here all night long. Eases the pain really fast and just feels super cozy

It's fine:) it's only unsafe if your raising your body temp, like taking too hot a bath or being under an electric blanket too long... I don't think a heating pad for any amount of time can change your core body temp. You're good!

A hot water bottle and a cozy bath are completely acceptable. Neither can raise your body temperature enough to cause any problems.

I wondered the same thing and they say it's okay if it's on the lowest setting just don't leave it on too long you don't want to raise your body temp
