Ladies I am freaking TF OUT. I JUST HAD A PERIOD JULY 2 -9. I just used the restroom and I'm spotting. No cramps , no symptoms of period.
Question! If I'm just ovulating today and my period is supposed to be due January 4th. Will I have my period on time?
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
At this point I just wish my period would come already 🙄

Take a test to be sure . With irregular periods you never know what's up . At least I never know lol

@athenas_mommy, @livd15 my period are irregular. But I just had a period on 2 weeks ago. The 3-9. But I never spot before my period.

That's what happened to me but do you get your period every 21-28 days of so you're right on track since it's a 5 week month
