So as you know, we're on the path of adoption and I found this woman online in a pretty popular pregnancy forum. She made a post about possibly giving her twins for adoption and after talking it over with my significant other, we decided there would be no harm in emailing her. I'll post her response in the comments but please tell me, is this how it normally is or is this person possibly using others for gain?

this is sketchy as fuck. report her asap and go through an agency OR look into "foster to adopt" it actually makes adoption free since you're initially a foster parent
If you want a successful LEGAL adoption do research on the gooooood agency.. Not just thru an person u know? Anythjng can go wrong
Yeah, that is super sketchy. I'd report her to someone. I highly highly doubt that its legal to sell your babies.

Yeah I would call cps. Give them the info on how you found her and how you have contacted her. Let them know what she has told you in regards to her selling her babies. That's just so horrible. She could sell them to a pedophile and not even care!
That seems sketchy I'm sorry hun. it could be legit and is maybe just a woman who doesn't know better but all my family is adopted. it seems more like she's trying to sell her twins than find a good home

it sounds like a scam for sure or black market! I wouldn't Contact further.. I'm sure if she is pregnant then CPS will be invoked as soon as she delivers anyway
Total scam. It is illegal to get paid for giving your child up for adoption. You are supposed to go to an agency and then you could have your medical expenses and such paid for. I would honestly report this person because if she is in fact pregnant what she's doing is illegal.

I wouldnt want her to give her twins to anyone if this is real. but I wouldn't fall for it. it seem to fake. all she worried about is money. money. money..

I think she's trying to scam people for money. I think putting your child up for adoption through an agency is free the ones that pay are the ones doing the adopting. If she was concerned about them having a good family she would do it the right way through a place that does complete background checks ect
Yeah it might be a scam so be careful. Expecially since she wouldn't give you her number. If I was putting my children up for adoption I would definitely want to hear the person's voice. :/
@jaye.gatsby, It doesn't really seem like she's worried about the babies she's actually after how much money she can get . and you never know all that can be fake. how did you find this woman ?

Sounds like she is just in it for the money. If I was in her position I would have expressed multiple times that I was doing what was best for my babies. and that I was not in it for the money. She was constantly talking about the money.
@jaye.gatsby, I agree with @mommyslittleman she even wants the first payment just to see if you'll be a good family . and the fact she not going through an agency is really sketchy cause she can take your money and then not even contact you after.
@mommyslittleman I'm not sure. I emailed her back and let her know that if money was the deciding factor here then we weren't interested. Sounds like she'll give them away to anyone with the right price tag and that could be anyone 😢

Dad's FB Video!!
Did anyone see that video a dad posted on his daughters FB page? He saw a post she made where she bashed her parents and cursed them, called them lazy and told them they should pay her for stuff she did around the house... So he called her out on it and put the video on her page!! Sorry if I missed a post already about this already, but I just saw the video and IT WAS AWESOME!!! Hahahhaa!
