I am 28 weeks and my son is already 3 pounds. I am inducing myself at 37 weeks.
It's my turn ladies! Finally, after nearly FORTY-TWO weeks... I decided to get induced. Baby Violet scared me with some decreased fetal movement and I couldn't wait any longer.
My doctor said he would induce my labor at 38 weeks, if my baby girl still had growth issues and if the percentile dropped to 10 or less. Last thursday, it was 10 percentile, and he said if she didn't come on her own by 38 weeks, he would induce labor at that time. I'm 36 weeks 1 day today, he said my cervix was super thin, and 1cm dilated. Is there a possibility this can change... that my doctor will let her just come on her own? I don't want to be induced, i would much rather her come on her own when she is ready to come ! As much as I am anxious to meet her and have her home with me, those last few weeks of brain development and lung maturation means so much more to me! I'm hoping and praying that things turn around, and I don't have to get induced. I'm surely going to talk to my doctor about it Thursday when I go back.
Hi I am into my 15 week now But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though What should i do i am very confused Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights

It is and myself but it still sucks now I'm starting to hope she comes before that so no induced . Hows everything going with you and baby ? @tracynangel

try natural methods they are safer then pitocin. I got induced with my 1st and they gave me pitocin, cervidil, and a pill to insert into my self sorry tmi. they did that for 2 and a half days. none of it worked. so, they finally gave me a break over night and my water broke 4 am on its own then my contractions came HARDCORE ! didn't even let me get a chance to build up to the horrible ones and every contraction I had to run to the bathroom with a million machines connected to me cause I swore I had to use the bathroom, and she went to the bathroom inside of me because sometimes pitocin does that to the baby cause of the stress it puts the baby threw. so when she was born they had to take her from me to make sure she was okay. so like an hour and a half later I finally got to meet her so I would definitely suggest trying at home Natural methods first but no castor oil thats very bad as well

Baby is good he's no longer small thank god! Got to see him Monday that was exciting. I think he's gonna make it after August 1 ugh
