I got you. But you know how some are. I live life to hope for the best but expect the unexpected lol. As women we have a lot of rights. Plus in the medical field and actually experiencing working in it. Its all about money at times even though health is a priority also. And keep in mind insurance companies. Thats all I'm saying. Bc its not always what you want and also sometimes those birth plans dont always work. Im with you until the end though bc if I have another one I want you as my advocate to get what I want lol.

@hermommy, I was induced and granted it was not the most pleasant experience but I am guessing labor is not that pleasant regardless. I was in labor 60 hours with no pain med so don't let people scare you. Do what you feel is best. I was induced at 39 wks and I have a very healthy 8lb 11oz baby girl 😳

exactly. I swear people are either mad about one thing or the other. I liked knowing when my son was coming because I was prepared a week ahead. I was two weeks early from my due date but still it was nice knowing when I had to have my bags packed & not in a panic.

Shit, I'm having a csection. I could have agreed to a painful procedure to make it possible for me to deliver vaginally and I opted not to. Not only do I get to see baby sooner but I also don't have to go through something painful to go through something as equally painful lol. not that csections are painless, but. ya know.

I was induced & it was not painful at all. I would prefer to be induced with my next one unless he or she comes earlier. People go off the worst stories possible about induction rather than positive ones. I've heard people say that you don't really give birth if your being induced.

@babyreeves exactly girl, I will never understand why it matters if my doctor agreed to it clearly it's not wrong women on here think they're doctors.

@lashellg I was just stating that 39 weeks is the week you can be medically induced for no reason statewide, as for the doctor thing that's another story I was just letting women know the law

I know some doctors will and at least you have one that will work with you. Im just saying in general that not all of them will go through with that. Even though 39 weeks is full term. You got some that won't even take you out of work unless medically necessary. It just all depends on who you're dealing with.

@lashellg i was told by my doctor that he will induce me at ask they're the ones that told me that so in my care they will if i ask @zeemom we've already made up our mind thank you though

Just wait till 40. I am tired also. But I think it's way better yum induction I heard it hurts badly way more than the natural birth

no thats just what I want to do, so that if i hit 39 weeks my doctor can deliever her. And it has a chance to happen naturally 37 weeks and up @marie_xo

that is also the earliest for a scheduled c-section ( not a c-section for medical reasons such as pre-eclampsia )
