tough situation. I have no advice. I'd say just breathe but ya know the situation doesn't seem to fit.

@jomamaclaark, I just don't get how he doesn't smell himself?! Plus i don't want my parents furniture to soak up that stank cause we will be here for a whole week...I really just wanna say something and not care if Lee gets mad at me or not

I'd go and leave soap in the camper and maybe he will get the hint and use it. Since I've been pregnant my sense of smell is so sensitive. especially to peoples breath. I can't stand it

my step daughter smells like bum ALL THE TIME. She is 13... i can't stand being in the car or same room with her. Drives me nuts because her father doesn't make her shower but MAYBE once a week, when I tell him she smells terrible.

I'd just kindly and tactfully suggest taking a shower. you don't have to say "you freaking smell like crap, go take a shower!!" You could say somethin like "It's been a really hot day, I bet a shower would feel good and help you cool down." Kinda put it in his mind as his own idea.

@b3autifulm3ss, yeah she's 13 but she's still a "kid" and has to be made to shower...this is a GROWN ass man...he shouldn't have to be told to scrub his ass plus he "showered" last night and still came out smelling downright awful

@cookiemonster1216, he "showered" last night but apparently didn't use soap...we told him he had to shower every night since we're staying at my parents and they work in a machine shop he apparently rinsed off and called that a shower

Hm. Maybe get him a can of deodorant spray and call it a "gift" or something. Or like a whole body wash set lol I know how you feel, chica. I used to work at a grocery store and with some customers I'd literally want to vom. I wanted so badly to give them some soap and shampoo lol

@jomommaclark, @amber.s95 @tracynangel @firstbaby_girl @b3autifulm3ss @cookiemonster1216 well ladies this morning I looked at him and was like "imma say this as nice as possible..there's soap in the shower and you are welcome to use it" he was like "I know I did" so I responded with "well dude obviously not good enough when I can smell you from across the room...not trying to be mean idk how long it's been since your clothes have been washed or what but you gotta scrub your ass cause what you're doing now ain't working" his response was just "ok" and now it's suuuuper awkward but something had to be said!

Hahaha at least his response was just ok! Hahaha I'm so glad you said something! Some people also just have an odor no matter how much they wash or wash their clothes! I forget the name of the disease but it has to do with clogged pores or something!

Lol well I'm proud of you for saying something. just let him know he can use the washer and dryer too.

@tracynangel, I don't think it's that I think it's because he's a pretty big guy and spends less than 5 mins in the shower...Lee is a freaking twig and doesn't sweat nearly as much and he still takes at least a 20 min shower to scrub his ass after work ( they work at the same place)
