question sorry to blow up the feed this morning. as I've said many many times Eddison hates car seats and driving and stuff. screams bloody murder. should I stay at home. or keep trying to take him out. I feel like a bad mom taking him out. but I also am getting a little crazy. he does okay on like 5 min trips to town. but I want to go out with my husband and it's 45 min away. so he will Def be screaming.
Yes that's what I mean making sure it's where it's supposed to be not back too far or froward to far.
okay I will what do u mean like the incline? it sets on a base that has a level is that what you mean? I always make sure it would in the middle@californiahaley
I would check your straps and the incline of the car seat and just keep trying
That should be okay for most babies unless yours is extra sensitive. Also check your strap fit to make sure t is t rubbing him funny or something. Does he like to sit in a swing or anything like that?
yeah I know lol but its better than nothing :) and me too. ! @tracynangel
it' will be a bit he just went down for a nap !
okay ill look into that!! I'll post a pic too @californiahaley
I would rather him fall asleep longer hahahaha hope the car situation gets better! He might have to get used to the car seat and being strapped in?
Take your cover off and see what's under it. A lot just have straight plastic under the cover so the only padding is what the cover is made with and that's probably not real comfortable.
and yes and no he's waking up more but falling asleep faster @tracynangel
Could also be your car seat maybe he's uncomfortable it may not be padded enough or he might fit in it funny ect.
Has he been sleeping better?
o I promise that doesn't sound rude! @heather-sophia. and when I tag u it has your old name still an option. just thought I would let you know@heather-sophia.
That's something he's gonna have to get accustomed to!
sorry if that kinda sounded rude, reading it I was like hmm maybe not the nicest way to say that
ya he's going to cry and it's going to suck but he will eventually have to get use to a car.. I know how it is to be all cooped up!
just keep taking him out. five ten minutes and so on. my babies didnt complain much because back then i was always running errands selling avon or just going to friends. it gets less scary for them the more they are familiar. sitting with ur baby gets them use to it too. my niece cant travel on her own because her two year old doesnt like being by herself in the back. i took my daughter on an eight hour trip when she was about one. in my opinion u just gotta expose them to it a lot. wish u luck.
I always set in back lol. it only keeps him happy for a bit. I even bought a car seat toy. I giggle keys I sing I clap I make funny faces. I mean I probably look like a lunatic to other people lol. @californiahaley
If you're going with more then just you in the car try having you or dad sit in the back with him to distract and keep him happy for longer.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
oh ok thank you for your advice ! @californiahaley
