@kmrie, yeah talk to Ur doc and see how she feels about it. If her advice starts with "everyone does it now a day". Cancel Ur appt lol because she's stating the obvious. Everyone smokes too! Everyone drinks too!

Ya I guess it makes seeing him for the first time really all that much more exciting an he prob has a point... Think I'm gunna talk to my doctor an ask some questions before I cancel see what she says

@kmrie, I was excited too but when I think hard abt it, it doesn't seem healthy. Good memory but Yeh I guess not worth it. :/ my dad said always be patient with the bsby. Don't risk anything ever . It was worth the wait Cuz I was sooooo anxious to c him!

@kmrie, doctors tell me it's harmful which is why insurance doesn't cover it mostly and it's out of the pocket fee. It's a stronger Ray than a regular ultrasound so that's why I didn't care too much I never got a call back. I guess everything happens for a reason

I was wondering if it was harmful to the baby?.... Everyone keeps saying idk why it would be until someone asked me if it was harmful then I got to thinking.. Now idk if I should be worried or excited for it I don't want it to harm him...

@kmrie, they said too many unnecessary Rays and they don't even do many 2d ones unless needed

oh yes definitely i had 2 ultrasounds just to be safe and the second was at 18 weeks i think and she shook her butt at everyone and we never saw extra parts so we think it's pretty much a girl lol

I know I'm so excited I can't wait to be a mommy iv alreasy wanted to be! Lol an I'm surpised I haven't had a kid yet either for how much I wanna be a mommy lol an the ultrasound I'm getting isn't through my doctors office I have to go to a place that does them an pay outa pocket but it's gunna be worth it

Lol I guess I just like boys bc they are spontaneous and girls are so calm but i guess it's in the way you raise them too

14 weeks but we pretty much called it before the ultrasound just because the dominant traits of having mostly girls

Ya it was crazy I'm a ftm an idk how this all goes! Lol so when I was able to find out to early I thought that was so cool an I can't even imagine waiting until like 20 weeks lol no way!

Honestly that's true. Except the last 2 months. @dcwilson15 I had high risk and severe preeclampsia so I was in so much painnnnn and vomited multiple times a day all 8 1/2 months
