don't be a beth. lmao. if I thought my back hurt before, that was nothing compared to now. I had this bright idea...I'm very stupid...to go outside and pull the unwanted weeds out of my front flowerbed. it was fine at first, but now I think I need a back replacement or something. on the bright side however, I finished!

It was the same here yesterday, it was just so nice out, I had to get outside. But boy did I regret all the work I did. I learned my lesson. Next time I'll just go out and sit. Lol
@caracross1 its honestly the perfect weather in Michigan today to be outside working. you don't have extreme humidity and its not burning hot. but girl do I feel broken in my lower back now. it wasnt that much but it was a lot *phew*
Oh yeah and my yard and garden look awesome now. Lol
I did the same thing yesterday. Felt great to get outside and do something. But afterwards I wanted to die. Still feeling it today.
