So I definitely was scammed and the chick doesn’t want to send my money back until I send back the package. Something I haven’t received and it’s been two weeks now.

Yeah she said cashapp was the only thing she has. I wanted to pay through PayPal in case it was a scam but cashapp is all she has supposedly
@j.luciano, dispute it with your bank and say you didn’t authorize the charge, they may not take the money back from her but also cash app isn’t allowed for businesses. I used to pay my sons daycare with cash app and she switched it bc they updated their terms of use policy.
Did you order from a website or is this a personal thing? She should have tracking available otherwise you should dispute this with your bank or credit card. Cash app doesn’t really have the means to refund you without the person accepting it. Just tell your bank it was a fraudulent charge.
You should be able to open a dispute with cash app. That's not a refund request, they'll investigate it. Doesn't cash app come from your debit card? You could probably file a dispute with your bank too. Ask her for the tracking number one more time, then file a dispute if she doesn't give it to you. You don't have to wait for her to issue you a refund

Two weeks it would have made it from USA to Canada already with the delays and all. Unless she’s lying about when she sent it it’s likely she’s scamming.
She has to be lying. Every time I ask for the tracking, she says that she’s going to ask her cousin and never sends it.

Can you call the post office she sent it from and check to see how long packages are delayed? And what is she saying about the tracking number now
If she won’t give you your money back show the messages their selling page and leave an honest review that they are scamming you.
I am! She says she’s not scamming me but it does feel like she did.
Tell her to send you the tracking number and check for yourself.
She keeps making excuses.
