Cash app terms of use says it’s not allowed to be used for business goods and services so contacting them may help you. But I still think you should just dispute it with your bank.

Yeah she said cashapp was the only thing she has. I wanted to pay through PayPal in case it was a scam but cashapp is all she has supposedly

dispute it with your bank and say you didn’t authorize the charge, they may not take the money back from her but also cash app isn’t allowed for businesses. I used to pay my sons daycare with cash app and she switched it bc they updated their terms of use policy.

Did you order from a website or is this a personal thing? She should have tracking available otherwise you should dispute this with your bank or credit card. Cash app doesn’t really have the means to refund you without the person accepting it. Just tell your bank it was a fraudulent charge.

You should be able to open a dispute with cash app. That's not a refund request, they'll investigate it. Doesn't cash app come from your debit card? You could probably file a dispute with your bank too. Ask her for the tracking number one more time, then file a dispute if she doesn't give it to you. You don't have to wait for her to issue you a refund

It’s been two weeks now. It should’ve definitely been here by now.
I order stuff that comes from Texas, California, and many other places and all my stuff gets here within 2-4 days.
