back pain is no joke one of the worst things in life. I think after my son comes out I'll invest in a nice relaxing massage or a chiropractor to snap and crack things back in place

I had back problems before and I got the epidural and my back is fine and has been since the epidur wore off the day after I had my baby

Hopefully you don't get an epidural during labor then, cause if you have back problems now it'll be 10 times worse after getting an epi!!!

my back doesn't hurt and I got the epidural. maybe it's just depending on who does it
