It's 3 am I'm wide awake!!! My 2 year old son wake up out of no where, crawls out of our bed....to "find baby?" Proceeds to walk into his toy room looking for a baby doll (he has 2 of them, just bc they were my old ones). Then goes back to bed. He is by no means attached to a doll. I hope this is a sign.
My 4 year old is attached to his "baby bear" that he takes care of, feeds, put to sleep, etc. He's done it since before I got pregnant but since I told him I'll have a baby to take care of he's been putting a lot of practice in with his bear. Boys can play with dolls; they don't know gender roles & it just prepares them to be better big brothers and eventually good daddies. I had a point to my ramblings but at 1am I can't figure it out anymore. Lol
Haha I agree completely. My husband is against it, but I could care less. My husband isn't "loving" it's really taken him 2 years to cuddle our son! So I've tried to help the little guy have a "soft heart". An he really doesn't play with them much, but he has his moments. The funny one was this weekend when we took a black water baby, it was mine, to get ice cream. My husband was livid. 😂 @kimberlyyyy
