26 weeks and got pain in my boobs,how can I tell if I have milk in my boobs I squeezed them but nothing comes out!!:/ I heard I could put a rug on them but is that true??

You can or you can take a wash cloth damp and put in the microwave till it gets warm.@momma2be2015,
A warm wash cloth with make the milk come out. Or help with the swelling and pain.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
