I take flintstone gummies Lol I regurgitate all pills that hit my throat for some reason. idk why but anywho. gummies are the way to go :)

if you take the chewable ones, make sure to get iron pills if they don't have it in them because they usually don't

Prenatal gummies get it from any where or flinstone Vitamins since gummies doesn't have Iron. I take both I just switch my days up when taking it.
