I went to a friends on Saturday where I quite easily could of had a ciggie but all I was thinking is I will stink and when I pick him up he will breath it in from my breath and clothes!! so it kept me away x

I gave up and used the vapours, money health and the fact I wanted to try for a baby we're all my reasons. Best thing I ever did. Well done to everyone who has given up! X

Your not the only one! 😧 my partner smokes still and it's really hard when he has a fag in the morning with a cup per as me and him did that every day but I've said to myself if I have that temptation again I'm going to go on the vapours as I rather smoke them and know I'm not smelling of it or my son breathing it in ccc
