@goldenboobies you can keep it in the refrigerator & itll stay for like 5 days so you don't have to throw it out

also it REALLY helps to pump WHILE your baby is latched onto the other side. the stimulation of one side will cause more milk to flow from the other side as well. this will increase your supply very quickly.

I have an over supply :( my son eats about an ounce every sitting and I pump out an additional 3 Oz when he's done. and I don't have bags to freeze the milk in until I can buy some on the 1st. so now I have to feed him the milk I pump and then continue pumping more. ..the struggle is real. I hate wasting milk :( I wish I could freeze it now. my son is a week old. your milk will come in fast. I went from pumping 1oz to 3oz in like....2 days lol. you shouldn't worry too much about it. I had to feed my son formula after feedings at first, too.

Also try the fenugreek it will help boost your milk supply

Are you latching her on, for the first week or so it's gonna seem as if they aren't getting enough but they are, they are cluster feeding and need the constant latch which will bring in your milk

yeah I got some at the hospital but all out already because she eats some much so everytime I do my milk and formula after... how's she doing? my baby is a angel doing the day but at night I get no sleep :(((

@schevanya, I am having the same problem! I went and got the Similac supplement formula for breastfeeding babies, I'm only using it when I can't pump enough to feed, I can usually get 1 ounce when I pump... but that's about it
