tmi, i gave birth yesterday n only torn in 2 small spots. one spot has a single stitch n the other they left bc it wasnt bad. ive been taking stool softner but im scared to poo still but i really gotta...any helpful tips?

it literally took me a week. I was terrified. just keep taking the softeners and don't strain
It's not that bad. I had a 3rd degree laceration (vag to butt) and my first poop wasn't bad at all. I think it'll make it worse if you think about it too much. But just try to not worry
squirt the warm water down there while you go. avoid straining.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I ate prunes because stool softeners werent helping. The prunes worked thank god
